The tanks in this mod are also SCARY AF compared to vanilla BF2, as the AI can and will absolutely obliterate you from 1km out with the main gun cannon, especially if you're locked on to them with an ATGM, and the Chinese tank has a laser dazzler too that tracks and blinds enemy infantry and vehicles with a laser, making for some challenging tank gameplay when playing as armour. Beside that, the color changes while being hit or in critical health are less drastically now. This mod removes the blur while in critical health, instead the screen now blurs while being hit. The AI is also some of the best I've seen in a BF2 mod, atleast at shooting at you, making for some truly challenging gameplay, and the deviation in guns is massively reduced. I used the original values of the Battlefield 1943 files to restore the settings of some screen effects.
Even just pounding flags and uncaps with tomahawks is awesome lol. It also adds drivable Guided missile destroyers and submarines, with different positions you can control (main gun, anti-ship missiles, CIWS, Torpedoes, etc) like in BF1942 or Desert combat, and some large, open ocean maps for some truly glorious naval combat. For me one of the most underrated mods is the Lions roar mod,which pits China against USA and Japan,each with their own unique equipment and vehicles.
